I solve the
biggest problems

and show you how you can too.

Here’s what I hope happens when I’m on your stage. Someone in row six who walked in checking email puts the phone down. A leadership team looks at each other and says, “Wait, we can actually do this.” That’s the room I’m here to build.

What I’m here for

I help people go further than they ever imagined, and live the life they actually dream of.

Founders and leaders, dreamers and doers. Different jobs, same question: what do I really want, and why am I not already doing it? I help people answer that out loud, and then live it with more joy and a little more soul.

My story so far

So what else have I built?

01

I built something that didn’t exist.

Nobody had made it, so I did. Then I raised venture capital to build it for real.

02

Then I put it in a store.

A real door, real people walking in, real conversations. That taught me more than any pitch ever did.

03

Then I added 3D printing. Then AI.

Every time the tools got better, I used them. The goal never changed: make it easier for the person on the other side.

04

Johns Hopkins made me a fellow.

I joined the Ward Infinity Fellowship at Johns Hopkins University.

05

A few titles came along the way.

Miss District of Columbia USA came first. Forbes and the Washington Business Journal added their lists later.

06

Two documentaries, and I’m still building.

I star in Founding in Color on Peacock and Show Her the Money on Apple TV. Right now I’m building Babette, a media company for everyone touched by breast cancer.

How I got here

Which moments do I remember most?

2016

I was crowned Miss District of Columbia USA.

A year of public speaking: panels on Capitol Hill and keynotes at ten DC public schools on literacy and leadership.

the crown
2017

I started Cherry Blossom Intimates.

A breast health boutique at Woodmore Town Centre in Maryland. Custom 3D-printed prostheses with full insurance billing, fitted by a team that cares.

2019

Forbes put me on its 30 Under 30 list.

Named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 list for Retail and E-commerce, for building something the market didn’t have yet.

2021

Myya launched and the cameras rolled.

Myya went online with insurance billing and certified fitters by telehealth. That September, Founding in Color premiered with me representing Cherry Blossom Intimates.

and then Peacock
2023

The Washington Business Journal named me to its 40 Under 40.

Named to the class of 2023, in the retail category, in a room full of people building real things.

2024

Myya went fully remote.

Myya moved fully online, with certified fitters on telehealth and insurance billing nationwide.

How I work

Excellence is the standard.

I hold it every day, even when nobody’s checking.

The reason I can keep it up is that my work means something to me. Once you know what your work is really for, high standards feel like pride. That’s what I teach people to find. It usually starts with one question: what would you keep doing even when it gets hard?

In the room

What do I aim for every time I speak?

The energy shifts.

People sit forward and keep the conversation going at lunch.

The dynamic changes.

A team that’s been stuck in the same meeting for months starts talking like they just met.

People remember why.

Somewhere between the first story and the last, they reconnect with why they do this work.

They leave with a next step.

They walk out with one clear thing to do on Monday morning.

Keynotes

Which talk should I give at your event?

01

The Last Mile

Great plans usually fall apart in the last stretch. Here’s why, and what to do before it happens to you.

02

Build Where Nobody’s Looking

Some of the best ideas start where no one else is paying attention. How to spot them early and build them.

03

Experience Is Infrastructure

People forget what you said and remember how it felt. How to design that feeling on purpose.

04

When the Patient Asks the Machine

More and more, people ask AI before they ask you. What that does to trust, and how to lead through it.

05

What 21,000 Patients Taught Me

I’ve sat with a lot of people on their hardest days. Here’s what they taught me about showing up anyway.

+

I’ll build it for your room.

Tell me who’s in the room and what you want them doing the next morning. I’ll build the talk around that, and we’ll tune it together before the day.
